Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48-hours in advance. We currently service a 30-mile radius based on our office location in Winston-Salem, NC 27106. For services outside of this radius please contact us for special rates. ***HOW TO BOOK*** For Simple Beginnings & Well Rounded Packages please be mindful when booking and select a start-time that will allow us to complete the service in one-trip.
